1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vidigo ("Service"), operated by SYNAPSE SPARK STUDIO LTD, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SYNAPSE SPARK STUDIO LTD, operating as Vidigo, provides AI-powered video translation and dubbing services, including but not limited to:

• Video transcription and translation
• AI voice cloning and dubbing
• Subtitle generation and formatting
• Video processing and delivery

4. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our services operate on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 second of video processing. Pricing is clearly displayed on our pricing page.

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Additional charges may apply for premium features
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original video content. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our technology, algorithms, and software remain our exclusive property.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

• Creating deepfake or misleading content
• Processing content you don't own or have rights to
• Generating harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Circumventing our technical or security measures
• Reselling or redistributing our services

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

Your video content is processed securely and deleted from our systems within 30 days of completion unless you request otherwise.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

We are not liable for any disruption to your business resulting from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNAPSE SPARK STUDIO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYNAPSE SPARK STUDIO LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but you remain liable for any outstanding payments.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notifications.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
